Applications must be reviewed in person. You will need to attend one of the review sessions listed below:

September 18,19 or 21, 2023 from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
September 20, 2023 from 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

These sessions are held at the Chesterfield County Fairgrounds, 10300 Courthouse Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23832

Please bring the following documentation with you to the application session:

Picture ID, proof of Chesterfield or Colonial Heights residency (eg, recent Dominion or cable bill), Social Security or Tax ID cards/letters for parent and children (unless under 1 year of age) or a letter regarding refugee status, recent SNAP letter (if applicable), two recent work stubs (if applicable), proof of custody if not birth parent.
